So Windows doesn't use 64 bit time_t instead relies on C type struct constructs .. The C runtime still includes time_t, but almost nobody uses it except those porting from Unix. <chuckle> Of course it would compile. What's your point? Windows has been doing this for 15 years on NT based systems.
